  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of Oracle transactions, production reporting, engineering changes, and process updates.
  • Manage workforce planning activities including attendance, scheduling, payroll approval, time-off requests, and disciplinary actions to minimize operational disruption.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, required training programs, ISO standards, and TPI's Mission, Vision, Values, and IDEA principles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience may be considered.
  • Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environment, with demonstrated ability to lead, coach, influence, and develop high-performing teams while managing performance and conflict resolution.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with experience utilizing operational metrics to identify trends, drive improvements, and support business objectives.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, change management, and other operational excellence initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
