Part-time Receptionist
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Greet patients, families, and visitors, and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Manage patient registration, scheduling, and check-out processes
Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and medical information
Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, nurses, and other staff members
Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phones, filing, and scanning documents
Uphold high standards of patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
