We are seeking a skilled Lead Baker (baking only) to lead our team at Boyden's Bakery. In this ideal role, you will be responsible for all back of house baking operations without the decorating or customer interaction. While ensuring high quality products, efficient workflows, and adherence to food safety standards. Collaborate with owner to plan seasonal offerings and set pastry menus while maintaining a balance between traditional and innovative offerings. This position is hands on baking and does not include scheduling, budget control or management duties. Reports directly to the owner.
