Experienced Carpet Installer Wanted

In-House Installer or Subcontractor — We're Open to Both!

We’re looking for an experienced Carpet Installer to join our team. We are open to bringing on the right person as either an in-house installer or a subcontractor .

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up reliably, and enjoys doing high-quality residential and commercial installations .

Our work is primarily medium- to high-end residential and Main Street commercial projects , with occasional full-scale commercial work. We’re based out of Plymouth, NH , and Bethlehem, NH with most jobs located within a 50-mile radius .

What We're Looking For

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of professional carpet installation experience and be comfortable working independently on quality-focused projects.

Experience should include, but not be limited to:

• Tack strip installation
• Removal of old floor covering
• Roll goods installation
• T-seams and butt seams
• Patterned carpet installation
• Glue-down carpet
• Carpet tile
• Stairs — full wrap, runners, and wedge
• Carpet binding
• Pad installation
• Ability to install other types of flooring is a plus
